Communication with clients is awful. Very difficult to get hold of them by phone or mail. The time spent for the change of equity was ridiculously long, in fact, I completed the purchase of a property in the same area during that time.
As “compensation” I was charged for the legal fees an extra 10%. They told me they would honoured the initial quotation, but when I reminded them about it... silence.
A truly awful and frustrating experience.

I've used Mancini Legal during lockdown 1 and I have to say they have set the bar for the best law firm I've used Alessandro and his them are impeccable and I cannot thank them enough I even got a hamper when I moved in simply the best service I've used by a law firm.

The solicitor I dealt with at this firm was sloppy and incompetent at best. During the sales process she was completely unresponsive and almost impossible to get hold of. This caused unnecessary delays throughout the purchase process and now nearly two months on I've found out that she has to date failed to inform the freeholders of my purchase of the property as she should have done on completion. I would avoid this firm at all costs.

I had a nasty accident working on a building site and needed to settle a claim. Nigel at Mancini helped me with great success! His advice was always clear and consice and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Very professional and reliable.
