Be very careful of these people seems they will do anything to keep your money !!! Up date Nothing they rang me then hung up !!! Terrible company I feel for people with large sums of money 😡😡

Absolutely awful company they told me my pot had a bankruptcy order on it !! I contacted my bankruptcy company who told me they had heard nothing from prudential and there is no such order !!

Really pleased Pru managed to hold onto…

Really pleased Pru managed to hold onto my policy when I completely forgot about updating my address. Managed to track me down and looked after my policy for years

ZERO STARS

If I could do zero I would - I have been trying to transfer my pension for nearly 2 months - they have made it difficult at every turn - I've supplied information, emails, messages. None of these things they need legally as I have had no such problems with other companies. AVOID at all costs - impossible to work with.
