Brilliant customer service

In September 2025 I bought tickets from a third party provided for a Gig being held at the M and S Bank Arena on 16 April 2026 (the day after I posted this review).
Despite chasing the third party ticket provider up to and including on the date of this review they failed to provide me with tickets.
The situation became so frustrating that, to try and resolve it, I rang Customer Service at the M and S Bank Arena.
Tim to whom I spoke was extremely helpful; he told me the venue would agree to print tickets off for me (as a much-needed favour) on the night of the Gig on production of proof of my ticket purchase and ID.
Tim was personable, friendly and extremely efficient; his much appreciated assistance dug me out of a difficult hole.
All in all: brilliant customer service.

25 years John Bishop

Went to watch 25 years John Bishop. Certainly recommend his show. I thought he was ok before this show but after last night I think he is excellent. If you get a chance to see him definitely recommend it. My husband and I had an excellent evening. He was very open about his family life well done John. Worth the hour wait getting out of the multi-storey car park after the show.

Con-Artists.

Con-Artists.
Just booked some tickets for Ricky Gervais gig. Placed tickets for section C - in the basket, seats located in front of the stage. Once payment was taken, I was allocated tickets in section F, which is at the rear of the venue. Happy to provide screen shot of tickets in section C in the basket.

Management are just bullies

I attended an event there and could not believe how the managers spoke to the staff, no wonder they employ young people because because this woman (I'm assuming a manager black hair and glasses) came over and started screaming at her then I saw the young girl crying saying "I have been here all day and have not had a break in 10 hrs", The woman in charge had no empathy or social skills if the girl was my daughter I probably would have slapped the manager afterwards I approached the girl and explained that she does not have to put up with that and she said its the same everyday

Liverpool Arena Security Overkill

Liverpool Arena used to be a great night out. It's now turned into something akin to a high security alert international airport experience.

Waiting by the doors for admittence at 18.30 as stated on the tickets didn't happen. What did happen was we were descended upon by a mob of yellow jackets forcing us back towards some steel barriers as they went about setting up walk through scanners, tables and steel troughs to put your belongings in before you walked through the scanners, one of which they couldn't get working as they barked orders at each other in different languages, with some not speaking at all but making grunting noises as they performed some weird hand gestures.

Add to that the fact that money, keys, umbrellas and other metallic objects sat in troughs in the rain whilst you were hand scanned with wooden butter making bats after going through a walk through scanner and ladies handbags were rifled through with items actually being taken out and you'd swear we were living in a war zone.

At least in the airport, you're out of the elements as you're virtually strip searched. I was actually getting a bit concerned at one point and wondering if there was going to be an anal inspection once inside the arena.

Total overkill is the word. A thoroughly miserable experience for those who were, in the most part, old age pensioners. It was a completely unprofessional disorganised rabble by over zealous yellow suited little Hitler types that couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery.

I could go into this whole fear porn thing across the board in the UK and government keeping many people in a state of fear and anxiety over an enemy that doesn't really exist but it would get too political.

Sad we won't be going through that again. Perhaps we'll revisit when all this government control and fear mongering has been exposed and gotten rid of.
