The site’s a bit hard to navigate especially if you’re new. A clearer structure or starting point would make a big difference.

£200 pounds spent and no shoes to speak of in the UK.

The most horrendous buying experience in the UK. Manebi use UPS and I've had a charge of £85 in European weight taxes which were not explained at checkout. Plus Manebi are keeping 30% of the cost of the order because I refused the order when asked to pay without being given a sum. Terrible customer experience all round and very short-sighted in approach with lack of transparency. I buy from France and Italy all the time and I have never had an experience quite like this. Ongoing after weeks with lack of UPS correspondence. Manebi have told me they are keeping £117.66 of my order because I refused the order. In the Uk we call this daylight robbery. I have not got a single pair of shoes to show for the £200+ spent. Truly horrific customer experience.
