The company had no point of contact on the sales receipt for me to cancel the order (within the same day). I had decided to do so after concerns of quality and theft of intellectual property expressed in reviews. Finally, I went to PayPal and was able to get the phone number of the American distributor. They did not answer their phone nor return my call.
Importantly though, the next day they emailed me that they had refunded my purchase. One day later my PayPal account had been credited.
