Great product, great service
I met Manglai after interviewing a half dozen well established GHG footprinting tools out there.
What first drew me to appreciate them was that they wanted to understand exactly what i needed covered in terms of Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3. They then took a few days and confirmed they could do all that. This was different than what others had done where they immediately said they could capture whatever i asked for, only to find out they were estimating it sometimes or using a year-old general benchmark that was not specific enough to the region or industry.
We then had our portfolio companies engage Manglai one after the other and Manglai has been so supportive: all along, from kick-off meeting with the portfolio companies through delivery. They gave so much of their time to myself and to my portfolio, explaining what different data collection needs were, they were thorough and proactive and very attentive to details. They followed up promptly with our portfolio after each phase was complete. They met all the deadlines ahead of time. When our portfolio companies had technical questions, the technical team at Manglai replied within hours, sometimes within a matter of minutes, the issues were all resolved. Manglai also supported our portfolio companies with having the interface translate accurately to half a dozen different languages.
As we got closer to delivery, they were proactive in identifying what other categories we could measure as part of Scope 3 the following year.
Their account managers are great. All our portfolio companies were happy with them. You could tell they knew the technical aspects very well.
They also double and triple checked the work. We use Manglai for 7 of our portfolio companies and i would renew the contact with them without any doubts. It is easy to write a testimonial, when you work closely with someone for half the year, and you are convinced they gave it their everything and more. I hope Manglai grows out of their main market presence in Spain to more countries in Europe and the US. Great product, great service.
