I find that the description of vehicles, including of a couple that I have bought, is not always as accurate as could be.

We recently had an auction referral for a car , manheim called us and told us the car was sold to us and we accepted , they send us an invoice of the amount $48636.69 . The next day I did a transfer of $25k then went to the bank and paid the rest . Upon calling manheim to come pick up the car they said the car was not sold to us ! The lady Heather was so rude ! She said they tried deducting a deposit but it didn’t go through and they tried calling us and no one took the food . They didn’t send us any email or left any voicemail. We had the invoice that the car was sold to us so I had nothing to worried about .upon talking to the lady she threatened to block our account and went ahead and did it . Very terrible experience after paying the car in full . We are thinking about taking legal action and putting a complaint at consumer affair not sure if we get anything from it . Our money hasn’t yet been refunded even .very dodgy organisation. We had nothing to worry about because we bought and paid for a car same method just week ago . Worst customer assistance , all they care about is taking your money ! Probably sold the car for more to someone else ! I made sure I had my phone because I was at work when the referral was made and confirmed the purchased! But they still went around and played a mafia

Never had any problem dealing with Manheim in brisbane or any other state for as long as I have used them, I would definitely recommend Manheim

First time win at auction good service pretty seamless experience

It was my first time buying a car at auction, but the all process was stress-free, Manheim had everything explained and very well organised, friendly staff who knew their job well. Very happy with the experience and outcome.

As a Kiwi buying a damaged vehicle from Australia, sight unseen, I want to thank Manheim's for their fabulous service. Nothing was too hard for their friendly, professional team. Excellent auction process as well.

WORST customer service I have ever seen from a company. Bought a salvage vehicle from an auction, and wanted it delivered. Reasonable price for delivery, but havent heard from them, you try and call the transport number, but noone picks up.
Very late with email replys, but will not contact you via phone.

I have just had my car sold to Manheim. From the start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Paul.
I filled the online form to get a quote and I got exactly the same amount!! no need for haggling.
This is based on the fact that my car was on top condition.
Highly recommend it!!

My review isn’t about the company itself, but instead about the drivers. Drove home today and for 20 minutes had one of these disabled drivers behind me. Couldn’t even see its number plate in my rear view mirror as it was so close to me. Awful driving, don’t know how they have the power to inspect other cars when they don’t even know how to drive themselves! I even sped up past the speed limit so he wouldn’t be so close behind me and he sped up to match my speed and continue right behind me, what a surprise. Will never use this company

Had an inspection from Anthony an assessor from Manheim on Friday absolutely embarrassing behaviour, rude, obnoxious and reported three apparent dents in the body work two at the front of the car which just don’t exist and the third on the drivers side is clearly a curvature in the car - see side on view of a C3 Aircross. Thankfully I’ve taken photos, whilst complaining to manheim they don’t want to know..surprise, surprise. I’ve had lease cars for last 10 years never come across someone so obviously working on commission. Good luck anyone who uses them, although seemingly you don’t get a choice!! Anthony would not let me be present on the assessment my mistake, when he did take me round he had submitted the report and to say he was flustered and struggling to justify the above is an understatement.

After 25 years of dealing with manheim it's still the best way of buying a vehicle.

Very happy with the service we received before and after our purchase of a S650 Bobcat. Ashley Williams went out of his way to assist us with information both before and after the auction. I will recommend Manheim and reuse them again in the future.

I have been buying from manheim last 5 years great service good place to buy your next car there only app needs little improvement there is no disable option for bidding but over all they best in service

I was equally happy with the ease of purchase & the process in general. However, I have complained about the poor photos & lack of details to them previously. The vehicle I purchased had rear suspension damaged which was not mentioned in the comments. But I understand the auction process & the risks involved.
