I was a little hesitant in ordering

I was a little hesitant in ordering the floor mats for my 2019 Mazda CX9 because my rear bench seat doesn't meet the floor as shown in most of the pictures on the website. I finally decided to just go ahead and place the order. These floor mats are a great fit and look excellent in my CX9. I will be ordering more for my Genesis G70 very soon. I am VERY pleased with this product. Thank you

The mannici mats are of good quality…

The mannici mats are of good quality material and it does look nice. However, for my audi A3, it didn't fit properly. Lot's of gaps. I saw a lot of YouTube videos where people would show their mannici mats in their cars and it was way more covered and well put in their cars. Just for your info, none of them were Audis, so I had to buy it and see it for myself.

I ordered some rugs a month and a half ago. I haven't received them yet. I have tried to contact them by email, phone, message on there site multiple times and there has not been any response.
Edit:
The rugs have finally arrived about 2 and a half months after ordering! They look pretty good. The quality is nice to, but the driver seat rug doesn't fit as well as the passenger side & back ones. We don't have much issues with the product but for the price I expected a better fit. The customer service was pretty nonexistent though. 3 stars overall.

We have already spoken with you via email. You have NOT installed the mats properly. You need to take the swivel clips attached on the side walls of the mats and slide them inside the plastic trim on each side which is why the mats push forward. After you do so they will sit flush. They will slide into the plastic wall trims and keep the mats in tact. All of our mats are tested to ensure all safely measures are met . Please watch this video to help you install and also use the supplied veclro and clips we sent in the box in areas for added security like in corners or edges as you see fit.

Anticipation

UPDATE: We are still waiting with little support or interaction from customer service. I understood it would take a month from time of order but we are now at 6 weeks+ and no clue as to where our mats are!!! Please find them - and don’t tell me in a batch on a cargo ship(duh)- I want an actual tracking report- the one I have says they are still in China since 11/4!!! If that is the case I am seeking a refund and charge back from the credit card company!

Mats can currently take up to 2 months from time of order under the free shipping option presently. If you selected Express Shipping at checkout the mats would have arrived in 3 weeks. Normally mats arrive in 1 month from time of order under free shipping but there are global shipping delays under the free shipping option beyond our control.

Great Product/ Shipping issues

Customer service started off great but when they were unable to fulfill the express shipping they stopped communicating unless it was automated. This issue has been resolved.... The Quality of the product was GREAT except my mats were supposed to be white stitching and the have a blue iridescent tint which my son decided to keep instead of returning.
I WOULD ORDER the product again with a more clear understanding of what to expect since they are manufactured and shipped from China

Get ready to wait...and be disappointed. Couldn't be worse.

I ordered a liner for a new Mercedes GL450 to cover the rear with the 3rd row seats down. I should have known something was suspicious when they didn't answer my query about how this would attach to the second row captain's chairs and whether it would cover the space in between. I waited around 6 weeks, tried to contact them to ask why it was stuck at the port for 3 weeks and didn't get a response. I received the item and it doesn't cover the 3rd row. So now I paid the money, they don't accept returns, and I have a dirty dog in the back without any liner. Thanks Manicci.

PS - The attachments they provide to attach it to the car are pathetic and there's not even close to enough. I always previously went to Hatchbag in the UK and will be going back. This is pure junk.

I am very disappointed:(

I am very disappointed. I watched a lot of youtube videos about Manicci products and they all looked perfect. So I ordered a set for my Audi A8. Of course mine wasn't even close to the perfect look nor to the pictures on the website. I have received the floor mats full of wrinkles and cuts. I thought it would get better but the cuts are still there after 3 months. It just looks disgusting. That's not what I paid for.
The other thing is Manicci says on their website that they are in Canada, but they will send your order from China!

This in turn allowed us to offer free worldwide delivery which is just as fast. Our actual materials for the mats are imported from Italy consisting of top grade materials sent in bulk to our Manicci factory in Schenzhen every month
