Haven't delivered sizeable order and not responding to requests why I haven't received goods or have my money refunded. Shocking customer services. Won't use again.

I came across the Maniko site, looking for nail wraps and was glad that I decided to purchase from them.
I had an issue with a split nail that I could not solve but the option of using these wraps has helped hugely and that's before I mention the length of time that they stay looking great! I have had my first set of wraps on for just over a week now. They were a little fiddly to get into place first of all but I think I'll improve with practice. Nonetheless, after a week I am still impressed at how lovely my nails look, as usually my varnish would have chipped by now, so I will see how long they last before having to be replaced. However, so far, I am very impressed.

I absolutely love these nail wraps. I bought the starter kit and I got 11 days out of my first application bearing in mind I didn't really make too much of an effort when applying them! It's easy a complete manicure in 15 minutes or less including base and top coat and your good to go! Love the designs the only thing is the UK website shows wraps that have sold out which is disappointing especially as they are also marked as NEW designs? I would like to see them back in stock especially the obre ones as I especially liked those. I highly recommend Maniko if your not sure take the plunge you won't be sorry!

So far I am underwhelmed by the customer service, I emailed a query before ordering and in the 6 days (4 working days) it took for the one line reply one of the items I wanted to order also went out of stock ~ not having a phone line is a serious disadvantage and did initially put me off placing an order. That said eventually placed my order 9 days ago thinking it was shipping from the UK.... BUT it is coming from Germany ~ I can only assume that it is coming via snail mail as the tracking has not moved in 5 days showing my item is still in Germany. If my order does eventually show up I will update my review. Shame as I was in a hurry for my order.

Also most of the sheer and nude colours are out of stock! It is so annoying to see colour you like and it is marked NEW - Out of stock.

I love the design and the stickers but hate the delivery. It takes very long (3-4weeks) and I have to pay a lot of customs fees. I ordered 3 times and 2 times the package broke. The first time some parts where missing. So I made a new order where they put in the new stuff (for free which is good) but this time the glas bottles with the nail polish broke and everything is messy and sticky and the packages was open again!!!!! this is not okay! I know the the mail service doesn't handle things gently but you as a company have to know that as well and pack up the stuff accordingly! It's very annoying because now I payed 2x 30.- customs fees for nothing! I'm not happy! Because I would love your product but like that it's very frustrating!!!!! Please improve your packaging. If you send glas bottles pack them separately!! And maybe with heavier stuff like glas bottles consider carton packages for more safety.

Fast delivery,quality product easy to apply and looks fantastic

I traied Maniko nails last year and i'll never ever get back to common nailpolish. I used to spend lot of money on brands linke YSL or Chanel and after few weeks the nail polish wasn't performing as it should at all. Semi permanent nail polish applied in several nail shops lasted 3 days.... with Maniko the nail polish lasts at least 10 days washing my hands continuously (I have 5 month twins) and it does not damages my nails when removing it, as it is as a normal nail polish that vanishes with the remover.
The ony thing that i would improve is the shipment, since it takes almost 2 weeks to be delivered.

I became allergic to gel nails following covid and I hated wearing nail varnish as it chipped! Then I came across maniko nails and I love them. They are easy to use/apply and last two weeks! Amazing product

I love this product but I do have one question about how it works. I have only done it twice so still getting used to the product but I have noticed the tip of the nail polish shrinks when I put the top coat on. Is there a way to avoid this?

I struggled with painting my nails - this is a game changer for me.

I absolutely love how easily the nail stickers go on….so easy and they look perfect. Love all the colour choices and I’ve already ordered more. They also wear and last way longer than regular nail polish! Very like a gel manicure for a smaller price, and so easy and quick!

The delivery time are way too long, bought a set for my friend as present and some extra item for myself, but still waiting for it, without saying that I missed out my friend's birthday

My order has never arrived. Your custom service does not respond to my requests neither in insta nor by email.
I have been waiting for it for the third week
