Quick delivery and good communication - Very Reliable.

Mann Inc are a main supplier of Yookers pens and accessories, the part I ordered came in plenty of time and was priced reasonably.

A day after ordering I got a call from them to say that they were really sorry, but one of the items in my order was not available. It was only a small item and he said they had even taken the shelving out in the warehouse to see if it had fallen down the back as the inventory still showed '1' as being in stock. The guy was apologetic and offered me any other item in the range as a replacement, or a refund, whichever I preferred. Before ordering I had taken a long time to pick out the three items I wanted, so I knew what they had available. I was a bit miffed that my first choice wasn't there, but I knew there was a very similar alternative and opted for that. He said there would be no extra charge if the replacement was higher priced and that if i wasn't happy when i got it they would refund me. A couple of days later the order arrived, together with a handwritten postcard from the brand to thank me for my purchase and understanding. Most companies would just send some kind of automated message to say an item was out of stock. I have on occasion noticed a partial refund to my bank account and not even received an email, then had a part order arrive and that is the point at which you find out not everything you wanted was available. So the way Mann Inc dealt with it was perfect 10/10 - thank you Rick! ps, I was also happy to see that straight after the call when I checked their website to make sure I'd picked the right replacement, the tag I had originally ordered had already been removed from their page. I ALWAYS do this when a company tells me that something I ordered is not available/not available at the 'offer' price they were advertising, if when you log back on you find they are still advertising them for sale. It's just bad customer service, so it was good to see Mann Inc had the right idea. BTW, They sell Aviationtags at some of the best prices around!

I Was able to purchase a much coveted pen for my husband that was not sold in the states for my husband. I was worried that the pen may not make it in time for Christmas because I had only ordered it two weeks before Christmas, but knew that if it arrived after Christmas that I could give it to him asa birthday present the next week. Needless to say the pen arrived with plenty of time to spare and my husband loved it! Thank you for helping me make his Christmas!

Mann Inc is very reputable pen company with excellent customer service and a wide variety of pens and stationery supplies. Though I live in the US, I purchase from Mann's because of their attention to detail. I have always received my orders with each item carefully wrapped and packed to be sure nothing is damaged during its journey overseas. My orders arrive on time if not actually earlier than expected. I have reached out to customer service in the past and was pleasantly surprised when the owner responded to my inquiry and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a nice pen, pencil, fountain pen, and/or stationery supplies to give Mann Inc a try.

Don’t normally do these things, but wanted to say what great service I got from Mann Inc. Product arrived in two days, which is very impressive in December! Product was exactly as described so very happy.

I purchased the Retro51 Lancaster rollerball pen as a Christmas gift for my brother. Our father was a flight engineer with RAF 619 Squadron during WW2. We live in Canada, my brother in British Columbia and myself in Ontario.

The pen arrived from the UK in pretty good time via Royal Mail. It was well packaged. I cannot speak to the pen itself as the container it was packaged in was factory sealed in plastic and I did not want to disturb it, else wise I would have taken a sneaky peak! I will have to wait to hear from my brother a Christmas to find out more! As always, the Retro51 pen container is very cool!

My experience with the shop was great! I received a 10% discount code which I used to purchase a second Lancaster pen for my other brother. I used the the DHL courier due to short timing and was whacked with $30 in duties & brokerage which did not happen with the Royal & Canada Post. That is not an issue for Mann Inc., though! The pen arrived in a few days so will make it under the tree! Another 10% discount code included, so I will most likely purchase another Lancaster pen for myself! I just wish it was available as a fountain pen!

Great shop! Great service so far! I would definitely recommend shopping here. It’s a bit on the pricey side for me, but only due to the exchange rate between the British pound and the Canadian dollar - again, out of the control of the shop! The sentimental value of my purchases for my brothers in remembrance of our dad, and all those who served made it all worth it to me!

Mann, Inc offers a great selection at a great price. High demand items always seem to be in stock and ready to ship. They are above the rest when it comes to shipping items. I am overseas in the USA and items from Mann arrived before items that I ordered from a competitor that is only one state away. Not only are the items shipped faster, they are always well packaged!
