Great Drivers. Poor Customer Service.
The Drivers and the original gentleman I dealt with were first class.
However, an unfriendly and unsympathetic Lady took over and was incredibly unhelpful and rude. She was only interested in taking shots at me for how long I had had the skip and that I would not have had a missed call had I answered the phone (that made no sense).
Anyway they took the skip without letting me know and it was only half full. I sent a pleasant email but got no response. Lock down was not my fault and I could not lift the bags into the skip on my own. So they left the bags and took the skip half empty. No text, answer message or missed call was on my phone. I asked for a reasonable discount on what would have been my fifth skip with them but was told there was nothing they could do. I said fine and I will write that on my review and she was ok with that. This makes me feel there is a personal ego battle raging inside this Woman rather than any form of customer service. I will sadly be going elsewhere.
