I've purchased so many clip on tuners over the years from all the big brands and even the offbrand ones from Temu. These Boss clip on tuners seem to be a great compromise between price, sturdiness, practicality and readability. The truth is that these aren't a great deal more expensive than the copies of them made by the offbrand manufacturers on Temu. My only criticism of these units is that they do not charge via USB C (hence 4 stars). The sooner there is no micro USB or mini USB, the world will be a better place.

Works brilliantly! Very large, clear screen, so easy to read at a glance. Nice workmanship. I have an internal tuner in one of my guitars and I tested it on that, and it gave exactly the same result! So works as advertised! Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent so far but I have not used it for long. I had been using another very well known brand of clip on tuner but all broke in the clip on mechanism after low to moderate use (very poor quality and design).
The clip broke after the first use, but it still works.
