Purchased as a replacement - the on-off slider eventually wore out on the first one (maybe this is a common weakness that needs fixing?) In any case the new one works right out of the box, was promptly delivered and price was OK. There's a fancier model that allows the user to edit the sound characteristics, but that didn't interest me - there's plenty of choice already built in with the standard model.

Loving the sounds this can make. Before purchasing, I was worried that it would be difficult to use the 4 small buttons and LED indicators which are the way this device selects different amp models and effects to give a sound. So far I haven't found this too bad - I note down and remember the colour sequence of a tone I like and its relatively easy to get back to it. This might be a bit less easy to operate for someone with colour blindness.

for the times you want to play guitar, but don't want to make noise, this is the right piece of kit. the simplicity of the set up is spot on. it's great for learning new pieces, and the bluetooth connection to sound clips and apps like Chordify is fantastic. the amp and effect emulations are beautifully done - inspiring to hear.

Great item for practice when you don’t want to drive everyone else mad or if the neighbours live close. Different amp and effects settings have good variations, I don’t use them all but you might!

The fender mustang is pretty cool but, for me at least, is a little fiddly. The aux out is a little bit dodgy and cuts out easy and the jack into the guitar is oddly loose and spins around annoyingly when it’s plugged in. Other than that it’s great fun

I use it to practice my bass ukulele with an active piezo pickup. I don't use any of the effects, just the cleanest sound I could get. The tone of mu notes is not all that sharp...it takes a while every time for my ears to attune to it. But it could be because of the "rubber" strings or the type of pickup. But hey, this is not specifically build for bass guitars, I'm using the product not as intended, so all good. The key benefit for me is that I can connect my phone to it via Bluetooth and play along songs.

This is a great little piece of equipment. Jamming and recording are both easy. I can stand in my backyard with headphones on with Bluetooth jam tracks. Even better, I got a good deal because these legends did a price match!! My amps are now put away to save space until I neeeed them. It’s a great tool!!!!
