This is the second Hercules Tripe Guitar Stand I have purchased. The earlier model had slightly narrower dimensions and came with a carry bag. The newer model has slightly wider grips for the instrument necks and the addition of a pair of rubber tubes that allow the grips to work better for narrow necked instruments. It does not come with a bag. This model is much better for classical guitars with wide necks. It would have been nice to get just one more pair of rubber tubes so that two narrow necked instruments could be stored on the stand. However, the quality seems good. For musicians with multiple instruments, this is an excellent option for safely having multiple instruments on stage. It is much safer than tripping over a guitar or having it fall over. On the whole, I am happy with the stand and pleased with Mannys' customer service.
