Wanted to buy a guitar from them. Asked to price match THEIR OWN online eBay store! (As I wanted the guitar sooner and not risk damage in shipping). They refused (even though they have a price match policy). Was told by staff on a previous visit (when purchasing an amp) that they could/would price match. Very confusing. Rude and unhelpful staff. Zero customer service. Will shop elsewhere.
Manny's always strive to price match, and I have helped extensively by this, above and beyond really. I say this because they are up against everything online, eBay, and and those that want little profit but move quantity. Still the price matched for me. And sometimes they simply can't - but they will always try.
