This was an upgrade from the SSL 2+ so I could get 4 channels of SSL preamp. The difference is the back end mixer, it took a while to understand the routing page but now running fine. Quality is as good as ever. One thing I am noticing is that it requires a LOT of USB bus power. Sometimes if the unit is sharing a port nearby the 48 V lights will flash until I unpower the other device. Otherwise Very happy.

First one I received had a malfunctioning volume pot. Mannys replaced the unit in under two days ( delivered ) great service. The new unit is flawless. Sounds great and super good value for the money.
