The bodhran is fine but customer service is shocking. I ordered this at the start of November to ensure I had it to give as a gift at the start of December. It took over 4 weeks to receive it via courier from Melbourne to Sydney. I called the number listed online numerous times to check on the status of delivery and no-one ever answered. I left a voicemail and no-one ever got back to me. I sent emails and no-one responded. I found an email from the courier used and it states that, although I ordered the bodhran at the start of November, it wasn't shipped until weeks later. This resulted in me not being able to gift it as intended, having to purchase a new gift for the recipient and I'm now left with a bodhran I don't want or need and I've no way of knowing refund or return policy as no-one has gotten back to me regardless of me sending multiple enquiries. Shocking and disappointing service.
