I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. She loves it. We aim to use it for the onboard lessons. Sound quality is decent for a beginner kids Yamaha keyboard. I’ve had Korg, Yamaha and Roland arrangers as I’ve been playing since I was a kid myself. If you’re not sure if your child will want to pursue learning to play, this is a good place to start at a decent price. Plenty of sounds for them to experiment with. Including the special effects, maybe hold off on showing them that one or you’ll be serenaded with dogs barking cats meowing and horse sounds 😂
