Customer service so bad it's embarrassing.
Ordered a pair of shoes in the middle of Christmas for delivery before Christmas. The shoes arrived just in time for New Year's, but it was completely okay. However, the shoes (a Christmas gift for my daughter) were half a size too big, which is why I immediately tried to create a return label via Manolo's website. Error messages and inability to create the return label made me contact customer service for help. After SIX WEEKS of waiting and endless reminders from me, I was asked to pay for the return shipping myself. When the shoes finally came back to Manolo, I received an email explaining that the shoes were damaged and would be sent back to me. seriously!?!? Shoes that are tried on once and then wrapped in tissue paper and placed in the original box for six weeks are suddenly so damaged that I will not be reimbursed for shoes in the wrong size or return shipping including insurance.
