Mano Mano are terrible at dealing with…
Mano Mano are terrible at dealing with returns. They are very good at selling you an item but when you want to return it legitimately within the 14 days as their policy stipulates....they place the onus on the supplier to collect it. I requested a return at the beginning of June which was accepted and had to send numerous emails asking when the item would be collected. It was meant to be collected today by 17h00. No one has arrived and no notice that it would not be collected today. On top of this I have to pay €40 for the return. I will never buy from Mano Mano again...stick to Amazon...more reliable.
