Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I subscribed to an annual subscription for Disney magazine
1. Every month had to send mails asking them to dispatch the magazine. Only then it would come to me
2. Went on for 6 months and then thsy said they discontinued
3. Had to follow up with at least 10-15 mails asking for the rest 6 subsciptions refund
4. And after 2 months of follow up - I get only Rs. 150 instead of 600 and no reasoning
5. they dont respond to mails. After 2-3 follow ups, if the muhurtam is good they may respond
