We had a positive experience with Manor Estate Agent during what was quite a difficult time for me and my family.
From the start, the agent was very respectful, professional, and easy to deal with. We made an offer which was accepted, and we went ahead and paid the deposit and first month’s rent.
Unfortunately, our circumstances changed, and we found ourselves going back and forth a few times due to uncertainty. Throughout this entire process, Manor Estate Agent remained patient, understanding, and supportive, which we really appreciated given the stress we were under.
In the end, we had to withdraw completely, and they refunded our deposit and rent promptly without any issues. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare—many others might have been rude or difficult in that situation.
Overall, they demonstrated great ethics and genuine understanding. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

As a first-time landlord with very limited knowledge of the rental market, I have found Manor Estates, especially Khan and Sulman, to be incredibly supportive and genuinely knowledgeable. From the beginning they explained everything clearly, helped me understand the process and made me feel confident about renting out my property.

For a very reasonable fee they have managed my property with real professionalism. They deal with any urgent or day-to-day issues quickly, guide me whenever I need advice and only involve me when it is necessary. Their communication is excellent and they always keep me updated, which has made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected.

Their honesty, reliability and willingness to go the extra mile have given me complete peace of mind as a new landlord. I truly feel my property is in safe hands and I would highly recommend Manor Estates to anyone looking for trustworthy and efficient property management.

Just completed a sale on a property which was under probate. We initially got in touch with Manor Estates from a simple google search as we were not local to the property ourselves. We were undecided on whether the property would be sold or let when we initially got in touch but this wasn’t an issue and they were super helpful.

Sulman who dealt with us was great throughout the process from the early days of providing a valuation for the estate and then later when we decided we were ready to sell and got back in touch.

Sulman kept in touch regularly throughout the process from providing the initial valuation up until we had decided what to do and was always on hand to help or answer any queries. Once we had confirmed we were selling the property, again, he was very helpful and sorted attendance for all pictures/viewings/surveys etc which meant we didn’t need to travel to the property.

I would highly recommend Manor Estate Agents and Sulman and can’t fault our experience atall.

Amazing service from Manor Estates on sale of home!

Absolutely first class service from Manor Estates. From the very first meeting with Sulman and team it was clear that the sale of my house would be conducted professionally and with careful attention to client needs. Clear guidance and surrounding area benchmarks were provided before setting an asking price in line with our objectives. Professional photos and videos were then taken to begin the marketing process. Manor Estates were able to drive up interest in the property and seemed to have access to additional prospective buyers. Manor Estates clearly know the local housing market extremely well. The pros and cons of each offer were carefully explained before an offer was excepted. Manor Estates than coordinated all aspects of the sale, including constantly contacting buyer and seller solicitors , arranging the survey, being in contact with buyer mortgage advisers, speaking constantly to the buyer and keeping us updated. Manor Estates even arranged for a security locks to be placed in the house when it was vacant for a few weeks before exchange! Always attentive to client needs and always available on the phone to answer questions without any delays.

All in all a super smooth process from start to finish. Unbelievable that the time from first marketing the property to exchange was less than 2 months! All because the whole process was expertly and professionally managed by Manor Estates. Amazing service and very efficient.
