Just spoke to manager Sabrina asking for returns process and that it was ridiculous to get the info got the most abusive messages back there also was another one that’s appaling . Clearly this person is a bully and has no care for the company’s image

to be honest, and the ridicule only concerns you, since customers have no trouble finding out how to return their items.

Worse service in Harrow customer Service was awful , my order was late for over an hour and they were not answering the calls as well

If i can submit zero star i would do so. wrong measurement description, need to pay for return fee and worst of all terrible customer service by someone named sabrina

Ordered pizza at 7pm received a text and E mail to state the delivery will be 35 min to 50 min Max.....an hour later nothing Called Baulkham Hills store...we so busy..your order hasn't even been done yet ......Absolute shit service ...why didn't someone call me I asked...we dont do that we just run late....I will NEVER ever order for this shit place again .....Refund will take a few days ...Why you took the money out quick enough .....

I returned the item in a small bag as instructed and got a rude email accusing me of wearing the item (which I haven't) and not returning it in the original packaging despite their own instructions telling me not to. Terrible customer service will not buy from them again.

Not good service. TOO EXPENSIVE.

I requested a refund and I had to pay for the return costs 20 euros (as much as for the shipping costs). On the refund they don’t include the shipping costs!

The make so much money with their orders and they are so costumer unfriendly!

DO NOT RISK TO PAY SO MUCH!

My experience at the Manoush store rue du Jour was horrible. I found a dress for my daughter's wedding in January, and I was supposed to go back for alterations. Everytime I called to see whether I could come I was told that the manager was sick, or other reasons why I should call back again. Which I did. Then came the confinement, the postponement of the wedding to early September. And, believe it or not, when I called again after the confinemnt, my dress, which bore my name and was put behind the counter in a room, was GONE. I asked for the clerk to look for it. She never called back. When I called , each time I spokje to a different person which knew nothing about the matter, finally I was told it had been sent back to wherever , and had been sold!!!! I asked for the saellady to see if she copuld find another opne. She never called back. When I called again, i was dismissed with unbevievable rudeness. Now the wedding is coming up, and I was relying on Manoush, ethe store rue du jour, and the dress. UNRELIABLE!! HORRIBLE DISCOURTEOUS SERVICE!!!

I love Manoush clothes, but I was even more impressed with the professionalism and ease with which my online order and refund were processed. I really loved my item and did not want to part with it, but unfortunately it was too big and I had to return it. Returns were very straightforward: the team are fast, efficient and polite - and they conducted all correspondence in English. Will shop again, had a positive first experience with their e-shop. Absolutely breathtaking clothes, wonderful brand!
