They sent my order to the wrong person
They sent my order to the wrong person, and vice versa. The order took longer than expected to come on top of that. When I eventually received I noted that they’d put ‘checked’ on the invoice. Clearly hadn’t checked where it was going.
I then had to send the package back and wait for them to send whilst the customer service in between was disinterested at best.
