Great professional service from this company. I had an old double garage sectional door in my new home which bore one of their stickers.

They were able to identify the 20+year old door and locking system, which was broken
I wanted to be able to add a system which would make the door automatic and was given a quote, followed by a swift installation.

From initial contact, they were friendly and helpful. The problem was swiftly diagnosed and a solution suggested and quoted for. Their engineers arrived as specified and mended the door, exactly as quoted.

Everything went very smoothly from ordering , they told us how long it would take for the door to arrive and was very punctual coming and installing it.We are very pleased with the quality and colour.

We had a problem with our door and I couldn't fix it. I contacted MGD and Dave came out 2 days later and had it fixed.

MGD fitted our roller shutter garage door ten trouble free years ago until a small problem arose on a Friday, and by Monday lunchtime after a full service and adjustment by a fully qualified engineer all was well again. All in all then, excellent all round customer service and at very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend highly enough, so unusual these days unfortunately...

They arranged a speedy appointment slot, turned up on time and sorted my problem out quickly and efficiently. Both the guys were very nice. This is the second time I have used this Company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

The two gentleman arrived promptly, talked me through what they were doing, cleared away my old doors quickly and tidily, then set about preparing both garage door entrances for the new doors. On completion they tidied up, explained how both doors operated and left me with instructions for routine maintenance and two very smart new sectional doors, couldn’t have asked for better service.

Rachel was super responsive when we contacted her for garage door information and expedient in email replies and payment processing. When we visted their location, her father Graham was extremely helpful with garage door varieties and their features so it made our choice easier. They have a good selection to show you. Ben who does the site visits was precise and understood what our needs were. The only downside is how long it takes to receive your order. Ours was 8 weeks, but at least the installation appointment wasn't too long after. Das & Nigel did a super installation on one of the hottest summer days. They were thorough and gave good instructions when finished. We highly recommend Mansfield Garage Doors...they are reliable, honest, and within most other companies price ranges.

The staff were so helpful throughout the whole process. I only needed replacement panels to my existing door rather than a complete new door. Two other companies told me it wasn’t possible, but Mansfield Garage Doors bothered to source them and saved me at least £2500. The team that serviced the mechanism and fitted the new panels did a great job. I can’t recommend the company highly enough.
