Fantastic company highly recommend my husband had a problem with his ps5 I WhatsApp them and we took it down the same day we left it for them to check it over. Got a phone call to collect the following day it turns out it was the HDMI port needed replacing

Great service. Called around lunchtime as I was having issues with my iPhone lightning port, and was told to call in anytime, no appointment needed. They cleaned out the port and its like new again. Very friendly and professional

I took in my Lenovo X1 Carbon Thinkpad for a deep cleaning service and repair on Monday 4th March 2024. It was Danny who processed my repair and service request, and he was extremely polite, friendly and attentive whilst I explained the issues that I was having with my laptop.

By Tuesday 5th March 2024, Danny gave me a ring and informed me that it was all sorted, which I was very pleased about. He even reduced the fee slightly for the repair service as the issue didn't take as long as anticipated to fix. Upon payment and collection of my now repaired and serviced laptop, I was very pleased to find that all repairs conducted by Mansfield Tech Hub come with a 12 month Return to Base (RTB) warranty as well. Gives you peace of mind that they're confident in the repairs they provide, and should you encounter any further issues that fall under the umbrella of the repair service already done - you're completely covered. My invoice even came with a little pack of Haribos! That put a big smile on my face. Excellent services at affordable prices, highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful tech experts. Helped me out with a troublesome iPad. Good honest service and advice at very reasonable cost. Won't hesitate to use them again, next time I have a tech issue.

Following dismal service/no service elsewhere, I took my locked i-pad to Luke. He immediately identified the possible fault, said he had the ability to fix it and would call me when done. He called by the time I got home ! Fixed, returned to full content working condition. Why didn't I try Luke first ? Don't make my mistake.. go straight to Mansfield Tech Hub. They are so professional and personable.

Can not recommend the guys at Mansfield Tech Hub highly enough. I took my son's Sony Playstation 5 in for repair, after Sony tried to charge me an extorniate price to fix the same problem. Upon arrival, the gentleman that sorted us out was friendly, explained everything in detail and couldn't of done enough to advise us. The General manager was off the day I dropped it in, however he was back the following day, I received a phone-call from the gentleman I dealt with the day before, the following morning to advise the console was fixed and ready to collect, absolutely amazing, quick service (less than 24 hours - which made my son very happy) at a very reasonable price too! Thanks so much guys, your advice, help and expertise is second to none!

Very friendly. Quoted a price which was reasonable but when I collected it was even cheaper. They ordered the part in as my phone is not a popular brand. Extremely helpful. Would highly recommend

Having diagnosed my laptop problems whilst was there, the replacement was fitted next day and data transferred from old to new. Whilst not being tech savvy, an explanation was given in plain language and I am able to ask questions at anytime if I have further difficulties.
