We never received the 3 houses we ordered approx. 3 yrs. ago! Lost a large sum which MN never repaid. Manta North seems to be constantly (deliberately?) going bankrupt in order to keep the deposits. Financial fraud at the highest level! Don't believe any word they (Raimonds) are saying.
Manta North (run by Raimonds Gusarevs and Linda Kletniece) claims to sell prefab/modular homes in the US, EU and Iceland. We ordered a Slope and a Weekend from Manta North in early 2025. Over the course of many months we were invoiced, led to believe the houses were in production and would be delivered in accordance with the contracts. They were not. We never received the houses and, as of today (August 2026), they still haven’t returned our money--nearly 150,000 euros. Gints Riders was also involved in our sales process.
