I ordered some gift vouchers from Mantel Farm. I contacted them via email when I did not receive confirmation within 48 hours and was told this was due to internet connectivity issues and that same day received confirmation and was also told that the hard copy had been posted which promptly arrived. The recipient was very pleased with the vouchers and I was very happy with their customer service.

Quick and easy service. Ordered hard wood chips for our chicken coop online and pick up was easy.
Lovely location and the shop is tucked away you wouldn’t know it was there but full of products and I’m sure good advice too!

This was the first time I had used their delivery service and everything arrived on time and correctly. Mantel Farm always supply good quality products and are very knowledgeable, they are my first choice for poultry supplies.

All staff polite and helpful. Fresh eggs not all uniform in colour which is a pleasure to see. Chickens well looked after.

Just the best place around for everything chicken. Friendly and knowledgeable personal service. We purchased 3 hens last summer and have returned for various needs including wood chip that is by far the easiest way to keep the girls clean. Can highly recommend.
