SCAMMERS!!! They have such poor custoemr service - you won’t even get reminded that you are about to be charged for your subscription AND THEN WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM 1 MINUTE AFTER BEING CHARGED THEY SAY OH UR PRODUCT IS ALREADY DISPATCHED!!!!

They are very good, clear pricing and no added extras. I’ve found the service good, the comprehensive regular blood tests don’t just show the status of the prescribed treatment but also other health markers which is useful .

Only complaint is that customer services can be slow to reply and getting an appointment with the doctor can have a longish wait

Very prompt delivery service

I ordered a testosterone test kit and it comes with a finger prick method and expects to fill a vile with blood. Terrible process. Then when I complained I was told to pay even more for a venous blood test. I am really disappointed and have written off my money and stopped wasting my time on such a ridiculous process.

Early days but so far the team have been incredibly good. Very efficient. Very professional. Aftercare and customer support is insanely good.

The prices are very competitive, they have fantastic after sales support and all the advice you need online.

Juts did the onboarding with Manual. So far very impressed . I signed up for the second blood test in the Monday - had my results by the Wednesday - chatted to a an excellent doctor in a 30 minute video call on Thursday and had the treatment and supplies arrive on the Saturday !
Will let you know how it went but a great start !

Kate Jones was really helpful during our phone call, she was really honest and straight to the point, which is something I look for when talking about my health as everyone probably does, would strongly encourage others to use this service and I hope Kate handles any further enquiries of mine for future treatments.

Manual have been outstanding from the start, even offering a free enhanced blood test as my old test ran out of date by one month, whilst I was waiting for hcg to come back in stock. Brilliant !

So far I’ve had a great experience with manual. I did my initial blood test as I have very low energy levels constantly. The consultant answered all my question and I’m waiting to start my TRT journey

Very strict with rules regarfing our well being i mean they had to be sure and carefull before they issue the prescreption (medication) so we are safe and manual company safe
