I ordered from Manual as they had a subscription model that fit my needs and hosted a free session to run through any barriers of entry and misconceptions.
I was unfortunately sold expired medication initially which they did rectify and sent over a new batch that wasn’t expired which I’ve been taking this consistently for over 5 months now.
I know I was initially meant to loose hair anyway but there hasn’t been any new growth (no revived follicles). I was really excited to start taking medication to combat my hair loss but I’ve not received the results I was expecting.

Very pleased
Having previously used Manual for their other services, I decided to start their all-in-one treatment plan for hair loss. It’s been 3 months and I am starting to see baby hairs sprouting all over my scalp and temples. My hair did initially shed for a couple of weeks (as expected) but I’m finally starting to see some growth which I’m really excited about. Best Performance
I’ve had a really positive experience with sildenafil. It works reliably and does exactly what it’s supposed to do, which gave me a big boost in confidence. I noticed it starts working within about 15-30minutes, and the effects feel natural rather than forced, which I appreciated.
What really stood out for me was the level of satisfaction—it brought great satisfaction for both myself and my better half, with a level of performance and energy that honestly felt like being a teenager again. That made a huge difference not just physically, but mentally as well.
I didn’t experience any major side effects, just a nasal dryness, but it was manageable and went away quickly.

Warning and heads up
Paid for a Testosterone test and it came back as low Testosterone level contacted my Doctor and had another blood test done through them and it came back normal. If you have any doubts about your Testosterone level go to your Doctors. I requested my money back and was refused as they said they do better checks than the NHS. Well I will leave it upto you who you trust but remember they are supplying supplements supposedly helping you?? Thats if there is anything wrong.

In line with UK regulations and BSSM guidelines, we require two separate low testosterone results before treatment can be offered. The first test identifies a low level, while the second confirms it and includes a broader health check to ensure it’s safe to proceed.
