Treatment does not work it’s a scam and then cancelled my subscription and then took more money out of my account today and didn’t email me to let me know

I saw the add on the London tube a few…

I saw the add on the London tube a few times and thought it was a scam or similar. I contacted and had the initial blood test. That didn't work properly so they refunded the money. I had the next couple of blood tests and at my Doctor's consultation I found out so much I did not know and things I sort of knew. Consultation left nothing unclear, doctor was professional and courteous. Got the advice I was looking for and now about to start the TRT. Nothing but clear concise information and follow up. Can't wait to progress on my new journey knowing I have a support team on call to assist.

Nasty company, no results

1. I had and still have major hesitations into this company and its products when you barely need to give any info for them to recommend something, they don’t ask for ID or an in person assessment, and the spray I used isn’t even officially approved for hair loss.
2. Neither the pills nor the spray worked for me. I was told the usual stuff of needing to wait because shedding happens first etc, but after several months it became apparent this was just an excuse to give me false hope.
3. I was sent another box after stopping treatment months ago and requested a refund because it’s £200 and I won’t be using it. They didn’t give any refund and stated this was because prescribed medication can’t be returned. That argument is nonsense in this case because most of the treatments (pills, dosage etc) are exactly the same for most people. Also, there may have been some sympathy given I didn’t want to use due to uncertainty around side effects, but no gesture or any sort was offered. They send a lot of marketing stuff and this obviously got lost in a reminder email which arrived in my spam folder (I also note that they didn’t send a reminder via WhatsApp where I am more likely to see it and be able to cancel in time).
If you want to try this sort of treatment, there plenty of other companies offering the same thing.
