They used my information to bill me…

They used my information to bill me 49.80 euros clamming that i registered to their site.
All started when i was lured to join a lottery for an iphone. They initially billed me 1.95 and after 2 days they charged me the 49.80 out of the blue. I had no idea what happen. After i contacted them they said they would cancel my subscription (which i never did subscribe on my own) and refund me. After a few days they e-mailed me that because of some technical issue they cannot refund me at all. They are scammers of the worst kind! I have kept all proof!
