Ordered a pair of boots. They arrived way late. Ended up buying a pair from elsewhere that arrived way before these guys. Now they are giving me the run around on returning for a credit. They offered me a $15 coupon if I kept the boots and now they want pictures of the boots. What a friggen scam and a joke. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Anyone giving this company a good review is a bot. They bait and switch you on the boots, they look absolutely nothing like the website photos and the quality is beyond cheap. Mine literally had a nail sicking through the sole. Refund policy is a joke. After 18 emails they finally agreed to give me a full refund. 5-7 business days later no refund. Emailed the company and they started the whole process over again.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

The boots are a joke. The website states full refunds. I went round and round with them.
How about we refund you 40% of the item for this matter as compensation?and you could keep the order, need not return

No matter how many different ways I said I didn't want the boots and wanted a full refund, I received that same message.

Ordered correct size, but didn’t fit. It happens. Only a problem if I can’t find a way to return them for a refund.
That was the first issue.
The REAL problem is in their product introduction section: “Material: high quality leather.” NO, THESE BOOTS ARE NOT LEATHER. And there is no product tag to be found. Any shoe I’ve ever bought shows what the boots/shoes are made of, usually something like “Leather upper. Manmade sole.” Nothing. They KNOW this isn’t leather. It’s obvious.
I first asked for information on how to send the boots back on January 24. No response. 2nd request for how to make a return on January 26. Third time Jan. 29. On February 3, they answered my SECOND email with:
“Did you measure yourself according the size chart before you order?
And we sincerely believe nothing can be a problem with communication.
Thank you for your understanding in advance.”
Seriously? The boots don’t fit, they’re not made of the material the company said they’re made of, and regardless of that, I need to return the boots. No other reason should be necessary.
I am contacting my credit card company to see what they can do from their end.
Feb. 5 2025 - here's their latest email:
"So sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Could you please kindly provide some pictures of the item you received for us to confirm?
We’d like to do our best to figure it out asap once it is confirmed."

Another non-answer to a simple request. I sent them a link to their own website for those not-made-of-leather boots.

Buying boots from Manusual was by far the WORST purchase of my life! The quality was horrible and looked nothing like the picture on their website. If that wasn't enough, the boots didn't even come in a box. These dimwits shipped them folded-over in a plastic bag. On their return policy, they say contact them for instructions on how and where to send them. I've been trying everyday for a week and no response. This place is a TOTAL SCAM!!!

If there were a zero star I would chose this rating.
Think: how can one company fabricate and offer all these products ? It is a Chinese front posing as a western leather craft of fine shoes, belts and bags.
No serious response for refunds of item ordered that is not in stock. Just more messages to order other items from their catalog.

I was delighted to finally find a company that provides a great selection of wide sizes. I got a nice pair of wide knee-high boots at a really awesome price!

Received my shoes and boots 3 months later!!! They are not made of high quality leather, but rather plastic! What a waist in time and money! Luckily I didn't give these as Christmas gits, it would of been real embarrassing!

if they don't have your size they want you to buy something else rather then refunding your money. but if you insist a refund they will give you one. it will take them a while but you'll get one. and they can't promise if or when your size will be back in stock.

I like the looks of the boots I ordered but I am concerned about how long they will last for 100 bucks

Delivery took far too long and the size 11 wide was not size 11 and certainly not wide. I can’t wear them and there is nothing on the site telling us how to do returns. Very disappointed!

Whatever you stay away from these scanners every good reviews are a scam they take your money you can not track your order no customer service it's been over 4vweeks i did receive them yet you been warned every good review is fake this place is a scam!

Ease of selection and ordering. Quality....

Just received delivery of the MEN'S RETRO FRONT LACE-UP boots 47136729S. I'm not suprised Manusual doesn't allow you to upload photos of what this boot really looks like. Hand stiched my butt! I'm sure it was hand fed through a machine. Leather is as thin as paper. Most of the shoe lace holes still had the hanging chad on them. And what looks like a stiched on sole is glued on. AND NO REFUND! Discount items, sale, marked down or bought with the coupon are final. 90% of the product on the website falls under one of these. Shame on you Manusual. These were purched Dec. 14th as a Christmas present for the wife. Delivered Jan. 4th. I told my wife I got her a really cool boot for christmas. Merry Christmas honey! Thomas W. Or.# MU4215

It was very easy to find what I was looking for and it was easy to order after I figured out how to do it.

Funny, I don't remember writing this so I am taking the time correct this Manusual written review.

It takes a long time to receive your order. I placed this order on Jan 2, 2025 and after several emails they finally came back and said it was a popular item and was on backorder.

I paid $102.00 for men boots that showed a different picture. The description says leather stitched boots. These are rubber boots with a weird stamped print on the rubber. This site is a rip off. They first stated they had delivered these about 5 days after the order. They had not. When I reached out they emailed back saying they were processing them. I then requested to cancel because they would not be here on time for Christmas and these were a gift. They ignored my request and said they had been sent. They got here Christmas Eve which was too late since we had already left town for our Christmas celebration. When i saw these I was shocked! Now that I want to return them they do not provide a return label. Save your money and time. I bought suede leather boots from Nine West that cost $70.00.

This is a total scam! I ordered what I thought were these cool leather boots for $100. I got the email with the confirmation and then absolutely nothing else. I emailed at least 5 times. Because, there is no other way to get ahold of anyone! I’ve never Recieved the boots I ordered and have yet to get any response whatsoever! So please don’t fall for these scam reviews! Do not waste your money!

I ordered a pair of boots from the company manusual on December 3rd here it is after Christmas and package can't contact anyone for a tracking number if anyone knows how to help let me know I would rather have my order than my money back but it looks like I may have to report this company to my bank

...it absolutely is! My boots were not as described or as pictured. Not real leather, very shoddy construction. No refund was able to be obtained. Be warned.
