I have not been happy
I have not been happy. The medication tool 2 weeks to be delivered. And I am a month in with no weight loss. I informed my provider was told there are alot of people that do not loose weight on the lower dose

As for the two weeks delivery, we know that there was an issue with FedEx and it delayed the shipment. We sincerely apologize as this was out of our control. I don't usually write reviews but, if I could put 6 stars I would. Manu has single handily changed my expectation on Telehealth visits. Their commitment to punctuality ensured my appointment was on time, seamlessly fitting into my schedule. The team's responsiveness stood out, addressing any questions or concerns I've had, in a prompt and thorough manner. Not only is their service excellent but I have now lost almost 8 lbs in 3 weeks.
