Awful experience,Dreadful customer experience. Do not use

Used them two weeks ago, very good. This weekend a dreadful experience. Wardrobe whose dimensions fitted that of a double wardrobe and pine and therefore light they refused to move, stating they were not advised it was on the first floor, and the image showed the wardrobe was a triple. The fact I subsequently found a one man and a van to move the “triple wardrobe” charging me 60 rather than 166 says it all. Dreadful customer service, would not use this company, go to gumtree, plenty of cheaper options available.

Best Moving Service

After calling a few companies, I found Man With A Van Edinburgh to be by far the most reasonably priced. The guys that came to help me move flats were so great! They took care to ensure everything was transferred over to my new flat in a safe and timely manner. Thanks again to Daniel, Keiran, and Stefano!
