We've used Neil twice this year - house to storage and then onwards to our new house. The service was excellent on both occasions. Friendly and professional throughout and a great price too. Not a single item damaged. They really go the extra mile and can recommend them without hesitation.

I’m a single parent so needed a trustworthy reliable service. Neil and his team certainly didn’t disappoint!
Neil talked me through things prior to my move which really reassured me.
The team arrived on time and were chatty and personable. They took great care of my belongings while in transit and unloaded them into the rooms I asked them to, which was a massive help.

My friend used this company to remove a number of items for her mother. They could not believe how friendly and helpful they were. They were efficient and reasonably priced. She recommended them to other people needing removals.

I used man with a van to take me to temporary accommodation then to take remaining items to a storage recommended
By them then used them once got rehoused! On first impressions Neil seemed friendly and reassuring about where our belonging where going to be stored! We were quoted a price the price seemed to go up and getting back the stuff and taking us to new home was more! On bringing our stuff back I found it mainly was getting dumped in to one room with the odd bits been asked where I’d like them! Bringing my glass cabinet back I noticed it was all chipped I tried not to make such a fuss so kept it to my self! We then went away for two weeks to Tenerife then once home waited for sky and broadband to be connected before paying for tvs to be put up on the walls which then took us to 5 weeks before un wrapping my daughters tv which was stored safely in a cupboard with the other tvs, to find it absolutely smashed to bits! I contacted Neil who was rude he offered me £60 and after 2 days of waiting for he posted me £50 I have not bothered to message him about this as he clearly needs it more then I do! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! He seems to think that with a few rewards it’s impossible for him to damage anyone’s items and texted me saying it’s never happened it all the time he’s done this job yet he’s reviews say otherwise! I get things may happened on removals and using a storage but to be made out to be a liar and demanding when I didn’t even raise the issue with my £1000 cabinet also was respectful of the fact he’s dad had a stroke when I first sent a text about the damaged tv after having two my self you’d think he be more respectful and lest rude! Avoid avoid avoid!

Used Neil to move home and couldn’t recommend him enough. He was quick and efficient and went above and beyond making our move a lot smoother. He is also very reasonably priced compared to other removal companies. Would definitely recommend using him

Honestly I can't thank Neil and his amazing team,Harvey and Lewis was amazing took very good care of my items and carried with care. It was a very stressful day but these guys made me feel at ease. Neil is such a lovely guy and very helpful hes arranged to have my items collected again to put in storage for a week,I can't thank these guys enough I'd highly recommend Neil and his amazing team to anyone who needs a trustworthy reliable service.
