I find MC to be a not user-friendly

I find MC to be a not user-friendly. I constantly need help from other sources (ie, mentor coaches, friends, YouTube, etc)... find it very frustrating that I have to go that route. Just wish it was easier to understand and use.

Fraudulent Billing Practices and Horrible Customer Service – Avoid ManyChat!

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with ManyChat, and I feel compelled to warn others before they fall victim to the same deceptive practices. Over the past few months, I have been dealing with unauthorized charges, duplicate billing, and a complete lack of action from ManyChat’s support team. What started as a simple trial has turned into a frustrating battle to stop them from charging me for services I never wanted or agreed to.

Here’s my story:

I initially signed up for ManyChat to try out their service. I subscribed to one Pro account, intending to test it for a month. However, what happened next was nothing short of a scam. Not only was I charged for that one account, but ManyChat somehow duplicated my account and began billing me twice every month for services I did not sign up for. I never agreed to open a second account, nor did I authorize these duplicate charges. It’s clear that something is deeply wrong with their billing system, and it’s taking advantage of consumers.

Despite my continuous efforts to contact their support team, the response I received was completely inadequate. ManyChat ignored my concerns, and when they did respond, they kept insisting that I had signed up for multiple accounts. This is absolutely not true. Why would I need two accounts for the same service? It doesn’t make any sense, and instead of taking my concerns seriously, they just brushed me off and continued charging my account.

To make matters even worse, I no longer have access to the account. ManyChat has blocked me from accessing the account while continuing to debit my card. I have no way to manage or cancel the subscription myself, and their support team has done absolutely nothing to rectify this. They refuse to cancel my subscription despite the fact that I’ve been locked out of the account. This is not only unprofessional but feels like a deliberate tactic to keep billing me without providing any service.

The situation has escalated to the point where I’ve had to take drastic measures just to stop the scam. I’ve canceled my card, but this should have never been necessary. ManyChat should have taken immediate action when I first raised the issue. Instead, they continued charging me, showing a blatant disregard for customer concerns and rights.

Their customer service is, quite frankly, the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’ve repeatedly asked for explanations and a refund for the unauthorized charges, but all I get is a generic response saying everything is correct on their end. Nothing is correct! They’ve duplicated my account, locked me out, and kept debiting me month after month for a service I didn’t ask for. They refuse to take any responsibility for their actions, and I’m left to deal with the mess they’ve created.

ManyChat’s billing practices are not only unethical but borderline fraudulent. They’ve made it impossible to cancel the service, blocked access to my account, and continued charging me without my consent. This is a serious violation of consumer rights, and I’m determined to make sure no one else falls into the same trap I did.

If you’re considering using ManyChat, think again. Their platform may seem appealing at first, but their shady billing practices and non-existent customer support are not worth the headache. I would strongly advise against using their service unless you want to be scammed out of your money, ignored by their support team, and left with no way to stop the charges.

This entire experience has been incredibly stressful, and I’m beyond frustrated with how ManyChat has handled the situation. I’ve reported them to the relevant authorities and will continue to escalate the matter until I get a full refund for the unauthorized charges.

Avoid ManyChat at all costs if you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind. This company does not care about its customers and will continue to take your money without delivering on its promises.

The thing is IT WORKS

The thing is it works. I had much more success after using Manychat than before. I use my own identity in the messages, I can play with my followers, and they enjoy it. Some did not realize how automated it was until I told them.

This is a very confusing tool. It tries to do so many things at one time making it really hard to use. I am not switching to another tool because I already have so many posts using it but if I were you I would find a tool that is less complicated.

Long time user honest review. @dericsells

I honestly can't understand why the reviews are low. If you know how to use it, which I've been doing so for about 4 to 5 years across both facebook and most recently Instagram, its an invaluable tool. The new AI stuff is game changing. My only gripe is they are openly advertising the way I use it w/ the comment keyword to dm automation lol. but great company.
