The automations are great...when they…

The automations are great...when they work! I find I'm having to manually reply to a lot of people daily because buttons don't work, random templates that have nothing to do with me get sent. If it was more reliable, it'd get more stars from me.

Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking for a platform that offers this as a function. I've been super limited what I can do on the platform because I can't get the help I require. It can be up to a week that I hear back from someone assisting with an issue and there's no live support to troubleshoot issues on the spot. It's been a massive hindrance to how we use the platform. A real shame.

I don't use it as much as I should

I don't use it as much as I should. Hope to change that over the next few months.

But the premise is good. Although, I never know what the monthly charge is going to be, so that is the part that is a little confusing.

Top tool of 2024

top tool of 2024! ManyChat is one of my favorite tools, allowing me to grow my email list and make more money online with ease! Their site is easy to use, there are plenty of tutorials, and their customer service has been great the couple of times I've asked questions.

Manychat used to be the gold standard of chat software, but their customer service and platform has become unreliable. I canceled all of my paid accounts and moved everything over to a better platform with unbeatable customer service.

Marco Tomasini is a LIFE SAVER!!

Marco Tomasini is a LIFE SAVER!!! I was desperate! I was spinning in circles for longer than I care to admit. He looked into what was going on, told me how to fix it and then went 110% over and above by adding an example of exactly how it needed to be inside my account! He was patient with the back and forth questions, too.
... but wait! There is more! When I got not one, but two flows completed he even tested them for me!
Compliments and applause to Manychat and Marco!!!

Manychat has taken my consultancy…

Manychat has taken my consultancy business into the stratosphere. We've been using it for 4 months and not only have grown our follower base (which we weren't even trying to do) we've started converting like crazy. I was at a decent 5% already and now we're at 20%. Even better is that it's helping us drive peple to our blog, which never got any love before. Highly recommend it to anybody looking to drive people off the IG platform. Increase in engagement & conversions!

I’ve been using ManyChat for around 3 years and it has been a GAME CHANGER in helping me hit my goals on Instagram! I always hated that my audience had to scroll through my giant linktree to find what they were looking for. But, when I found ManyChat, that issue disappeared. I can easily set up an automation, tell my followers to comment a keyword, and VIOLA they get the exact link they’re asking for, right in their inbox! (Which helps boost my engagement and conversions - WIN WIN!) If you’re on the fence, you should definitely give it a try. There’s a reason why SO many of the biggest creators use ManyChat!

I’ve been using ManyChat for a few months to automatically send links to my audience instead of them having to go to the link in my bio and it’s been a game changer. Last month I made thousands just because of one video! Plus it boosts engagement. Such an amazing tool

I've lost all my contacts

I've lost all my contacts, copy, automations and marketing materials.

Due to US sanctions some IT services have to leave countries like Russia, Belarus and Iran. Even if my business is not registered in Russia and I may only have some customers from Russia, I understand when companies like Manychat decide to suspend an account.

But why the hell can't you send a notification before the deletion process? Why I just wake up one day and realise that everything I worked on for the last few years is gone.

Notion, Coda, Slack and other products have left. No problems. But at least they gave a few weeks to prepare and download the data.

Manychat with it's attitude to their users is a horrible example of customer experience. Good luck with that.
