While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I lost my hard earned money

I lost my hard earned money
I am holding 213 Maple tokens and I invested my hard earned money for a long term investment. Tokens are in my personal wallet. I did not know there was time limit to convert to syrup. I missed the oppunturnity to migrate. I tried to contact the Maple team but they are not helping. I invested 4000 dollors but now the vaue is nothing. This is not fair and ethical busniess model. It will discourage the crypto investors. Is teher anyone who can help me

An unethical institution

I have been a holder of the maple token (mpl) since 2021, contributing to the stability of the ecosystem by investing my capital.
I have missed the conversion window and am left with a valueless token with no recourse to convert to the new token SYRUP. They no longer reply to my emails and have also blocked me from the telegram support chat.
This is a highly unethical, disrespectful and brutal way to treat their investors.

Missed the Migration date to Syrup as…

Missed the Migration date to Syrup as were told we had 3 years to complete. Wrote to the CEO that I needed assistance to manually migrate 938 Maple from Coinbase or move to a Trust wallet and do so > no response. May sue; be very careful with this company.

Investors Misled and Abandoned by Maple Finance

Myself, and many others, lost our investment when Maple ended the migration from MPL to SYRUP early.

They stated on their website in September 2024 that investors would have *3 years* to convert their assets from MPL to SYRUP, which clearly set a timeline through to 2027. I therefore assumed there'd be no rush, especially as they also stated that exchanges would handle the conversion automatically. They didn't!

The timeline was changed with little notice and extremely poor communication. Investors like me, who don't follow social media 24/7, missed the move to an earlier date, with MPL to SYRUP conversion ending on 30th April 2025.

Maple are refusing requests to manually migrate the asset for anybody who missed this changed deadline, and they're censoring, muting and blocking anyone who asks questions about it on their Telegram group. I wrote a respectful post but it was auto-deleted instantly by their bot before anyone could even read it and I was muted. This is their 'support' group - that is providing neither support or help to their clients that have lost all their money on this.

What a scam! Just another sh1t coin and deceitful company in the crypto landscape. The entire process has felt like a trap for unsuspecting holders. They've provided no safety net. They've taken no accountability, and there's zero support.

After how they've treated their investors, I hope they fail *spectacularly!*
