I sent my Canon 6d Mark II for repair in 2020 (because it came in as a faulty product - defect on the main sensor).

It took Maple Leaf Photo months to repair & send it back. The saddest part is that the battery I sent in the camera did not come back. Probably lost or stolen during repair.

I am only writing this here because they asked me to rate my experience. I already learned the hard way that I should not buy a camera from them --or send spare parts.

With my order of the gopro hero8 bundle I received two no name brand batteries that don't work inside the camera, they are not even meant for the hero8. Very disappointing

I've been buying from you guys sins couple years now.
This year, I've had the worst service from you. Not even a phone call about my order that was cancelled the day after I've ordered it on your website, even when it was marked as available. Anyway, the emails you sent me were not nice and not cooparative! Sorry, but I went elsewhere for this year, and the next ones. FOR SURE!

Honestly, I did not expect such great service. First, the price was amazing, way lower than others, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered an ND filter, arrived fast, great quality, BUT I ordered the wrong size (my fault), I sent an email explaining my mistake and asking if they carried a step up ring. I DID NOT GET A REPLY, INSTEAD, I got the step-up ring couriered to me with a couple of days, free, no questions asked. I will absolutely use these guys again! This is fantastic service.

ordered a product that was listed as in stock my money was taken instantly and I never received the product. i tried reaching out to their customer service and have received no response.

I found this site after I had ordered from MLP. It had been a couple days since I placed an order for an in stock lens. Pay Pal took the money from my account on day three so I expected a shipping notice or a tracking number. Nothing. Then I found this page and got scared. All the bad stories here were happening to me. The weekend passed and on Monday morning at 9am I called. Voicemail saying they would be closed that day and the next day. Skip ahead two days and it just goes on and on. If you were fortunate enough to pay using Pay Pal starting the complaint process changes their attitude quick. I have received my refund via Pay Pal and it took less than a day once I involved Pay Pal. Don't sit and stress waiting for these guys to do the right thing. They won't. Not sure what their game is but I consider myself lucky it only amounted to a week of extreme stress for me.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Maple Leaf Photo. I received my product exactly as described and even though it was over the Christmas period, in a timely fashion. The prices can not be beat. I will definitely shop here again.

No response to purchasing inquiries looks bad! Not sure what is the purpose of that survey if your sales team essentialy is not responding.

I bought an Osmo mobile unit and was very happy with the service. A customer service rep repeatedly answered all of my questions before I ordered. He was very patient with me. At the end of the conversation he helped me place the order and it arrived pretty quickly. Very satisfied with the product and the service. Would recommend using Mapleleafphoto.
