I still haven’t received my parcel or a…
I still haven’t received my parcel or a confirmation email so to receive a email asking how my experience was is a bit of a joke. I ordered my parcel 10 days ago with the promise of it being delivered within 1-3 days. I am still waiting…. I have rang your helpline just to be told that it should be here in a few days. That was 4 days ago.

I can see that your order was placed on the 11th December and dispatched the next day by our warehouse team. I must advise that due to Royal Mail strikes which were ongoing throughout December, our customers were unfortunately affected. Although courier delays are out of our control, we understand the frustration caused.
I can see since this issue was raised, my colleague arranged to resend your order with special next day delivery on the 21st December and according to the tracking information this was received on the 22nd the next working day - Paige CS

The star map itself is wonderful…
The star map itself is wonderful and never disappoints, this is my third purchase. However, this time round I decided to add a frame which was a big mistake. The frame is cheap and flimsy it takes away from the special sentiment of the content. I will certainly replace the frame - didn’t expect a poor quality frame from this company what a waste of money. I would recommend the star map to anyone but the frame are to be avoided.

The star map looks good
The star map looks good, however, it came in a cheap, flimsy frame. I intend to buy a better frame before giving the star map as a gift. Delivery time was good. Ordering was easy. Overall a potentially good experience that was spoilt by the cheap frame.

The fastest delivery ever
The fastest delivery ever, well packed including plastic cover on the frame. Unfortunately the wooden frame wasn’t of the best quality so I would suggest just buying the print if you’re looking for a high quality frame. Other than that, poster was beautiful.

Took a while but it is lovely and a special gift 🎁
Took a while to arrive so order far in advance 👀👀 once it did arrive it was lovely though. I paid extra for 1-3 day shipping and it still took little over a week zi think it was due to my usual bad luck though. But my husband loved it when it did arrive it looked lovely. Some might say it makes the day last longer by being late.
