Ian provided us with excellent service when purchasing our petrified wood sink (they by FAR offer the best prices in the UK on these too...) He was highly communicative, keeping us posted on it’s arrival date from overseas, and sending us numerous pictures so we could choose the perfect sink for our bathroom. Shipping to the Hebrides was very reasonable too, and they took great care in packing the sink to ensure it’s safe arrival. This company is a gem; I really appreciate the personal service, and am so glad to have them as a resource for pebble mosaics and slate (samples we’ve received so far are top quality) as we continue our house build. I highly recommend!

Marble-mosaics did everything they said you would do, and impressively, not one single slate was broken. The delivery driver supplied from the transport company went the extra mile and managed to get both pallets right up to the front door, and we live in a little lane in Cornwall!.... Thank you.

Can highly recommend this company! Had a very good experience with them. Bought 5 stone sinks. Was concerned about ordering online due to colour differentials of natural stone / pictures and possible damage during transit to the stone. However, the pictures and measurements they sent over were very clear and accurate. Extensive choice of irregular-shaped sinks, all helpfully photographed from different angles so you could get a really good idea of the actual shapes & colours. Hugely important to me as was matching them all into different granite worktops. Customer service was very helpful and efficient too. All sinks arrived safely on a pallet and were brilliantly packaged in boxes with polystyrene protectors inside. Can’t wait to put these onto my cabinets and really see them shine! Big thanks to Ian and the team there. Super pleased!

I bought slate tiles. The product is great. I paid £50 delivery but had to collect the slates in the end as they failed to deliver twice on the arranged days. I asked for a refund of £50 from Marblemosaics for the delivery. But they refused with the reason they couldn't get a refund from their delivery company they used. I feel conned that I paid £50 for delivery when they did not deliver.

We're waiting for Marble Mosaics to deliver paving slabs. We called them a week ago to check they had what we wanted in stock and confirmed a delivery for today. They took a little over £420 from us.

We got no confirmation so we called to check on timings etc. They don't have them in stock, won't deliver today and clearly had no intention of informing us. They simply lied to get our money.

We spoke of losses having made plans to lay them this weekend and they were entirely indifferent. Jake at Marble Mosaics said, and I quote, "I don't care".

Avoid these clowns like the plague. Only now do I see all the negative reviews about both customer service and poor quality products. A narrow escape perhaps. Given the attitude Jake there has to customers and their money grabbing approach I expect to have to fight for a refund.

While we were at a local place, reordering they called and left a message saying they could deliver the same product but all one size 5 days later, but we'd have to "pay the extra". Proper comedians.

Excellent service, products and delivery, purchased 2 freestanding marble basins in 2018, they look superb in our ensuite. Just purchased a new basin for the cloakroom, delivered fast and well packaged as before, would highly recommend.

Excellent service, we bought a pallet of grey cobbles, we were kept up to date throughout and delivery was within time slot, we will be ordering again. Would definitely recommend

I spent £1200 on slate, 33 SqM. Delivery was confirmed for a date and it didn't arrive. I had contractors on site 2 days later. I had to call the haulier numerous times and was eventually told there was an issue with the pallet. It was left for me to work with the haulier and resolve the issue. They were super helpful but there was a lot of contact over the weekend. The slabs arrived the day before the contractors. 4 slabs were damaged. Slate was tip top, no grumbles there. Would buy from them again but leave ample time in case any issues arise.

Excellent company, really know their stuff when choosing stone and marble. They have a really nice range to choose from and we found their service was fantastic. We have purchased wash hand basins, tiles, and the Blue Limestone patio slabs which really look superb. The fitters were also very complimentary as they are easy to cut and lay.

Absolute shambles of a business.
Prior to our delivery I called them to see if they had a tracking number and the guy who I dealt with was rude and very very unhelpful.

The tiles we received were nothing like the colour showed online and the top tiles were broken, We opened the pallet up right away as soon as the delivery driver dropped them off and explained how the tiles had arrived and that they were the wrong ones.

Again the guy was very unhelpful and rude. At first told us we can not return the tiles then he said we can but we would need to arrange to have the tiles delivered back to them on the pallet.

We have since sent numerous emails to arrange to send the tiles back and not had a single reply.
Trading standards are now involved.

Avoid this company, there are no many helpful companies out there who will provide the correct product with a great service.

Extremely helpful, great price and quality. Used them twice now and would highly recommend.

I was very nervous about spending such a lot of money with a company I had never dealt with before, I needn’t have worried. Ian answered all my questions very quickly and politely before ordering.

Once ordered I received a confirmation email straight away. Next day delivery was selected and even though I thought there may be a delay due to the virus situation, It arrived as promised. Ian even kept me up to date with delivery.

The marble freestanding cono sink arrived on a pallet, with a very kind and courteous driver. It was packaged extremely well and looks even better than on the website. I am thrilled with this sink and Marble Mosaics have the best price for this. Believe me, I did a lot of research for this type of sink before purchasing.

These sinks look stunning and if you’re in the market for one I would suggest buying from this helpful and reliable company.

Purchased patio slabs online with this company . Service so far was excellent but one of the pallets was damaged at the couriers . Ian at Marble Mosaics got straight onto the issue and shipped out new slabs ASAP . This is what you need with customer service , sometimes mistakes happen but it’s how the company resolves those issues that matter ! Well done to Ian and the team 👍👌

Ordered my river boulder basin, arrived really quickly, and wrapped very well. When I opened it I was SO pleased, I absolutely love it, my son was with me when I unwrapped it and had no idea what I'd ordered, when I took it out of it's box he blurted out "Oh waw!" from a teenager, "Oh waw, indeed" I keep going to look at it!!! Thank you so much, I am incredibly chuffed. Beautiful, beautiful piece of art. Marble mosaics and God make a good team.
