I booked this service for a pick up at…Heathrow terminal 5, At 6 am. But driver arrived after 6:40 am
I booked this service for a pick up at Heathrow T5, arrived before 5 am,on December 27th, was at the arrival hall before 6 am, where the driver was supposed to be waiting for me and my wife , who was on a wheelchair. Despite communicating to their official Whats app team member at every step ie passport control, baggage claim etc the designated driver came over 40 minutes LATE. What is worse is that company denies of any wrongdoing, suggesting that for them customer care means little and are unreliable to say the least. I wonder how they manufacture their google ratings as all the reviews are pathetic. Their license needs to be revoked!!
