We unfortunately fell for this scam.
Ordered a dress from what we thought was a UK company only to find it resides in China.
The same as everyone else, the dress was the wrong size and after returning the item at our cost to China and numerous emails the dress has arrived back at our address showing ‘unclaimed’.
No refund whatsoever.
The company have stopped replying to our emails so we are pursuing a claim through our bank.

Anyone in a similar position who’s paid by credit card please consider contacting your bank and raising a chargeback. There will be a form to complete but it’s definitely worth the effort.
Other than that avoid this company at all costs.

Dresses received did not resemble dresses ordered and the quality was appalling. Cost me £26 to return to China. After numerous emails and a promise of a refund when they received the dresses, I received the dresses back today with a sticker indicating they were unclaimed, presumably to avoid paying the refund. Lesson learned terrible company. Stuck with two very expensive dusters!

Don't touch these people with a barge pole. Wish I had read previous reviews too before buying. Rubbish product. Had to return it to China for a refund but it was sent back "unclaimed". £35 down the drain for the dress and another £13 for the unsuccessful return.

Would give 0 - complete false advertising so be really careful, the quality of the items is not good, so you end up being lured in my the extra discounts- returns are to CHINA and they dont reply, I'm so lucky the bank saw it in my favour and I've been able to claim my money back but it wasnt easy!

I returned my items because they were nothing like the clothes online and a lot of tat. I spent £130 on clothes. I paid £30 to return the clothes and I have not been refunded since my order was placed in FEBRUARY. I promise you - this company is fraudulent and based in China making their money from buyers !!!

If I could put zero stars i would. It is not a London based company. Refund policy is shocking!!

I would give this company zero stars if possible. They displayed false trustpilot and other reviews on their website. Make themselves out to be a UK company. Claim easy returns but have to return to China which cost £16. The address they give can't even be entered properly into a courier. I had to write a label too and it took several emails before even getting any sort of address with them. The items have been in customs in China for more than 6 weeks now and Marble Muse are refusing to cooperate with customs despite Evri saying customs need information from them for the parcel to be released. Marble Muse say they will not refund as items were not returned in 14 days despite the fact they have my tracking receipt proving to the contrary. They respond to an email initially them stop responding if you call them out on the fact they are deceitful and contradicting themselves as well as misleading. I have seen the same dresses on several other sites making out they are British, using false trustpilot reviews. Also they make out the dresses are a big reduction. They are not even worth what I paid due to poor quality. The worst company ever. Cannot believe I was taken in by them until I look at the other sites where they are selling the same and similar products and you realise how deliberately misleading they are. ordered on 1st April - feels like the worst April Fool ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LOOK AT THEIR ITEMS SO YOU CAN IDENTIFY THE OTHER SIMILARLY DECEPTIVE SITES THIS OPERATOR MISSELLS through.

I purchased 2 dresses after seeing they were a UK company with a picture of a store in London and also I could return if not suitable. Neither dress was like the picture, poor material and didn’t fit. On emailing to request a refund they offered me a discount to keep them. I did not want to keep them and insisted on a refund. At that point I was told I had to send back to China with a courier. They gave me the address and said when they had the tracking number they would refund. I did this at a cost of £15, sent the tracking number and they then said a refund would not be processed until they received the item. The dresses have now been sitting in customs for over a month and a refund is unlikely. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Do not buy from here!

I purchased a dress from here and the dress I received did not look the photo. It looked and felt extremely cheap - nothing like the photo. The website is also extremely misleading with not just the photos, but saying that they are UK based when they are actually based in China. Also, the website states a 30 day return policy, yet when I tried to get a refund they said I couldn’t get a full refund only a partial refund of 10% (which eventually upped to 25% after several emails) and they were insistent they have a 14 day return policy.

Overall - don’t use this site!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I spent almost every day emailing for pretty much a month before they refunded me, charging £80 for a polyester dress that wasn't sewn properly...later found it on Shein for £8 asked for a refund, offered me a larger size, then 15% and then 20% eventually told them they are not following UK trading laws and I would contact CAB and trading standards, I also told them that I would not give up until I got my full refund.
They told me to send it back but failed in that email to inform me of a refund so just be careful and keep pestering until they refund.
The business has since been on watchdog for this very reason.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Watch this evenings One Show (28/05/25) - this company is NOT based in London, that is the distribution centre, the garments are made in China and any return will have to be posted back to China at your cost. Buyer beware.

Ordered from a London based website and even checked returns, just stated you needed to contact for address. Should have been my first red flag.

Item came of pure SHEIN quality no joke. Pure scam. It came from china and immediately I went to send it back. Packaging was all blank bags, one marble muse bag, no tags etc.

When I contacted about return they wanted a load of pictures and confirmation of my order etc which set alarm bells off. Surely they have this info and item would be inspected on return?

You have to return to CHINA ( this was not on the website at time of ordering)
They now have updated their website to include this info. After going back and fourth they offered me a 25% refund and that’s it. The dress cost me 35£, it was 28£ to return to china and the post office stated in high probability it wouldn’t arrive. They also wouldn’t accept if it was lost.

I argued my point that it wasn’t on the website at time of ordering etc and they didn’t give a shit.

Pure scam. And I got 8£ back and that’s the best I could come out with the shite they sent me.

This company is fraudulent.
They do not disclose the return address untill you say you want to return. Its China.
I offered to take it the the uk address 5 Gill Ave E17. I supplied them with a photo of some poor persons flat. Total scam. I dont trust them at all, even to refund as everything so far has been a hidden rule from the customer. Ive been in email correspondence so far 32 times.
I am taking this as far as i can go with this theiving comany.
I ordered over £100 of goods that frankly would have been pennies in a London market. They porport to be a uk couple, loving fashion in London.
Their size guide is inaccurate hence me needed a refund. They use many delaying tack ticks. Take my advice and never ever buy from them and tell everyone else also.

Zero stars, they have a London address on their website but insist you pay return postage bavk to China, knowing fine well it will cost more than the item. They are extremely slow at replying to emails and still haven't explained why I can't return to the London address, literally order from Shein at least they don't charge you extortionate return postage. Avoid at all costs

Do not want to give this company a one star! Ordered a dress which was too small. Tried to return and only given option of a bigger size or 15% back and I could keep the dress. I said I wished to return for a full refund. They gave an address in China with £25 shipping cost when I attempted to post! I emailed them again and asked for a UK address to send dress too. They said returns go to China! I was then offered a £25 refund which I accepted as was getting no where and was worried I would go passed the 30 days refund policy. Absolute joke! Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely disgusting company, ordered a dress which arrived totally diff to image , when I tried to return I was told I had to pay for return to CHINA NOT A UK ADDRESS as stated , only offered to keep dress and receive 15% refund , complained several emails later offered 25% refund …. Terrible wish I had seen these reviews first ….. reviews on site obviously not verified.

Absolutely awful company. It gives you the impression that it’s a UK based company but they are not. You have to return the item to China!! I ordered a dress which was awful quality and it did not fit - very small fitting. The colour was nothing like the website. They tried everything to convince me to keep the dress- offering me as much as 25% refund if I kept the dress! Do not order from this company as they are not what they seem from the website.

Avoid this company. Scam. Poor quality clothing.paid 29.90 for a linen blouse which was discoloured. Discovered - too late - after scrolling right down to bottom of website that its all chinese - you have to pay for pistage to china. Disgracefully misled into thinking i am buying fom a london firm.

SCAM. £35 for a dress that is awful, poor material, poorly made, odd shape. Told I had to return within 14 days to an address in Asia and I had to pay the cost. When I tried to complain they blocked me so I could not even email them again. DO NOT USE. You would get better quality from shein for a £4 item!!

Had thought this was an English company. Shocking dress quality. Tried to return, given 2 different addresses in China in just one email, was offered opportunity to keep dress and buy another for only £9:90. No thank you.
Have decided not to fight as already wasted hours on emails. Hopefully the rag man will give the charity shop some money for the material.
