Great service and products! I only found out after a month and after putting everything together that I had ordered the wrong product. I no longer had the original box and had to tape small boxes together. None of this was a problem for Marbo. Returning the product was also super easy.
After using their semi-pro bench for 5 months I am very upset with the quality. After a 20kg session for leg curl the upper part of the bench just broke.
I have asked the support team and they said it was due to me using... the bench! So if you do not touch the bench and keep it as a decoration and it break itself maybe you can have a replacement. But as long as you are using the bench you can't. Stupid!
Fine and solid products. Fast delivery. However, they keep raising the prices drastically during covid which is a shame. Hopefully prices will return to normal again soon.
I've purchased an equipment for my brothers in Germany since the gyms were closed there due to COVID-19. A few days later I had to cancel the order because the gym was going to open again.
Now although that I didn't speak any German (the website is in German and the order details too) and the item was already set for shipment and was on the way, but after contacting Marbosport for help cancelling the shipment they took care of everything (they contacted the shipping company, and also issued a refund for me which I received a few days later). The language wasn't a problem when contacting the support team at Marbosport via email they were very responsive and helpful. Thank you very much. I recommend reaching out to them when one need any assistant.
