I've got to say I'm very pleased with the suits that we have bought for our wedding. Two adult suits and a suit for our 9year old son. The quality is great and the sizing is accurate. I phoned the customer services for some advice and the person I spoke with was very helpful and polite. The dispatch and delivery time was also very good!

We can’t thank the Marc Darcy team enough for all of their help in acquiring our Groomsmen suits. A very special mention to Trish (Store Manager), who couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful to all 8 of us! Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Bought the suits online for myself and groomsmen for my wedding last year, from the start the team was friendly and helpful from sending fabric samples to helping with exchanges, and the suits themselves were great quality and at a reasonable price as well. Would definitely recommend!

On black Friday deals 25th nov 2022 I ordered blue tweed check blazer sale price £39.99 which original prize is £149.99.
and i was waiting for my delivery to come. After 6 days I haven't received my item I contact customer service and they said we can't send you the blazer because it's out of stock and the reason we cancelling you order because your payment was on pending with a PayPal.
I asked paypal and they said for security we take 24 hours to check all security checks before we pay to vendor. And they paid for my blazer on 25th November same date I bought it.
I emailed so many times to ask Mark darcy to send me tweed blazer which I chose they said no we can't because only thing we can do choose any other blazer which got same price you paid.
I said no any other blazer on your website I like it on same price.
Well I loose my blazer after waiting 6 days and wasted my time. and very bad experience with sales team of marc darcy..

Ana was super helpful in helping my dad pick out a suit today. From the moment we walked through the door, the customer service was outstanding and she was so helpful - really made finding the perfect suit so much easier. She even gave us a 10% discount at the end which was a pleasant surprise!

I went to Marc Darcy at Westfield shopping centre, in Stratford. Jamal and Lee provided individually excellent customer service. The experience led me to purchase a higher end suit set, definitely was worth it. Jamal right from the start helped me. Constantly responding to my questions and looking out for me. Ensured I got a good fit. Not to mention the quality of the suit itself. I was given free tie due to Lee's kindness to match the suit which was going to cost me an extra £25.

I would definitely recommend others to this shop when wanting to buy suits. Why...Excellent quality, reasonable price for quality suits compared all other stores at Westfield, trust me. And
finally excellent customer care and service.

Visited the store on Tuesday 23rd August to buy two suits for myself and my son for my wedding in November. Trisha was on hand and although extremely busy she was able to help me with everything I needed. I’d already been to the store once previous and dealt with her and she was nothing but professional and although clearly running round like a headless chicken she was in control helping not just me but another 3 people all simultaneously. She helped my son find the right fit and offered us helpful advice on which accessories went best with my suit. She’s a credit to the store and thank you again for all the help you gave me. The suit is amazing can’t wait to try it on for my big day!

I purchased a suit for my groom which he liked on line I received an email to confirm order then I did not pay for delivery it still came earlier than 5-7 days free delivery. Emails through out DPD delivery. The suite was not suitable sent it back easy to print the returns label and send back email to confirm received and refund processed. The only down side is they don't offer free returns which is sad really as spent a lot of money in the first place also should offer free next day delivery when you have spent £300 + on a suit.
Ordered another suit it came in 2 days - the jacket and trousers where a differnt shade of the material I called them and they requested the product codes from the items and then the went out of their way to locate the same suite in the right sizes with the same product colour code and sent it next day as soon as I supplied them with the tracking number of the suite I retuned and it has come and it is right. Really helpful customer service and went out of their way to get the suit right for my groom highly recommend as the suits and accessories are great quality and look expensive

I knew what suit I wanted and I was catered to very well.
The suit was a bit big on me but they recommended me to Fast Stitch which sorted the size to fit me right.
I’m very happy with the service I got.

Honestly the worst experience. I booked a full month in advance to visit the showroom on one of their Saturday slots, I received both a phone and email confirmation.

When I arrived Karen (genuinely her name) refused to believe that I had a slot booked in, despite it being herself who confirmed my appointment in the first place. She also stormed off from the check-out area once I showed her my confirmation email. Every single member of staff was rude, blunt and dismissive.

After trying on the suit in a 0.5m2 changing room thankfully it was perfect, and after being rudely rushed to come away from the changing room to buy it by another member of staff whose only dialogue was “who is serving you?”, my fiancée and I ran for the hills.

The suits at Marc Darcy are excellent, they should stick to online sales. Please never visit the showroom, I was made to feel like a sack of s*** the entire time I was there, which is the last thing a groom wants for the experience of buying his suit. Awful.

Can not recommend highly enough, brilliant quick service, great turn around on any questions and assistance with sizing when needed and the receiving the items, suits fitted perfectly and looked great. Absolutely 5 stars PLUS

Ordered my suit on the 5th of May, received a delivery notice. On the 11th May I receive an email to say they don't have my trouser size and a link to available sizes, none of witch are remotely close to my size.
Why wait 6 days after taking my payment to tell me they don't have my size?
Asked for a refund and no reply or apology.
Wouldn't go near them again.

Just received my wedding suits, after being left in the lurch by another company, I contacted the guys at Marc Darcy who quickly got our sizes sent down to us ( 5 odd shaped men)
Can’t thank them enough,taken the stress out of a stressful wedding mix up

Ordered a suit very last minute from Marc Darcy online. I noticed when I came to check out that there was not a next day or express delivery option available. I rang the contact number and the lady on the telephone was so so helpful and sorted it out for me so quickly. The suit was delivered the next morning before 9am. Fantastic service . First class.

A wonderful lady named Karen was really helpful on our visit to the store cheetham hill Manchester .. my brothers wedding has had to be brought forward to just 6 weeks away due to family illness… this woman is a god send we got 5 suits and she was really helpful and understanding of the situation would definitely go back and buy from here again !!

I love the style of Marc darcy suits but the quality control is very poor for the price . I have 2 suits which have ripped after moderate usage . The new tweed one I bought is very stylish and I was delighted when it arrived . The sleeve has come away at the join after 30 minutes of wear . For £160 I expect better .

CHELTENHAM BRANCH; First impressions; good. Actual impression; Very Poor Attitude from the gentleman in the shop. Very RUDE! So disappointing. Good collection of suits, very nice tweed materials. I was in the shop for about 10 minutes. I tried on a jacket, trousers & a waistcoat. I was very pleased & 99% sure that that would be my purchase. I said to the gentleman that I would have a quick think however & would be back the following weekend. At that point, the attitude become quite sullen. Almost sulky. I was really surprised by this. I was told I was being silly, that I would regret not getting it now & while being told this, he was shaking his head & sighing. The smile had gone. I felt like I was being admonished. I was 100% going to return in a few days for the suit however, due to the sudden & apparent Jekyl/Hyde switch of the man inside, I feel I no longer wish to part with my money with this shop. I work hard for my money. I am not prepared to hand money to those who talk down to me as if I were a fool. So disappointed as I almost certainly would have bought the suit on my return. Manners cost nothing. But a bad attitude has cost this shop my purchase.

My wife bought my first Marc Darcy 3 piece suit 6 years ago and I have just taken delivery of my eighth one!! The quality is absolutely second to none. Wearing each suit makes me feel very special and I have honestly got many comments from both men and women alike on the style wearing a Marc Darcy suit denotes.
The cut, quality and finish is absolutely second to none, I'm thrilled I found the brand as it has changed my wardrobe to super stylish upmarket at a very affordable cost.
The best suit maker in town...!!
