Great product, good communication, prompt delivery
The Eames chair and footrest was delivered in a sturdy box. Packaging was up to the task, no damage (Spain->Germany). The chair itself is beautiful and the workmanship is great. We were contacted by email when the chair was shipped and again by the logistics company the day before arrival. Everything went according to plan.
Would do business with this company again!

Within one week our chair delivered!
In less than one week our chair was delivered, in a perfect state, Transport company called us one day before to ask us at what time delivery would suit us.

Bad quality, worst service
I bought from Retro Europe four chairs in January. They arrived after an extremely long delay and after a few weeks one broke. I reported the case at the beginning of April and I haven't got any solution, either any reply to my last emails.
The company on the website promises high quality products, fast delivery, 2 years warranty and good service. None of this has turned out to be true. The products are poor: the chairs I bought may actually be dangerous as one broke while a guest was sitting on it and fell on his back to the floor. The delivery times, are way too long. The warranty turns out to be non enforceable since they refuse to take any responsibility and won't answer to emails and give vague answers on the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RETRO EUROPE

I have reviewed your file and I can see that you were advised two days previous to you making this bad review that your order had been dispatched and all of your messages had been replied to even whilst the office was closed for the religious period.
The day you made the review advising people we do not answer the phone or reply to emails was because it was Good Friday which is one of the Religious Easter Holidays.
I was very surprised and disappointed to see your 1 star feedback and bad review.

Great lamp at a very good price
I bought a very nice lamp at a very good price and the contact during order and up to delivery was really great. And yet the delivery time to Denmark was super fast. I'm really happy and for sure wants to buy something again from the company.
