We just sold our house with Marc Fegan estate agents and couldn't be happier. Both Marc and Claire provided top level service and support, always available and quick to respond, they are genuinely interested in helping you sell your home at the right price to the right buyer and I know our buyers were also very happy with the service they received. Couldn't recommend this company enough.

I enquired about a house this morning and Claire phoned me within the hour. Unfortunately the house had literally just been sale agreed & I was unlucky this time. I did however, get chatting to Claire about what I’m looking for and she has made a note in the system to contact me if anything suitable comes up. The reason for this review was not only to commend Claire on how quickly she dealt with my enquiry, but the complete and utter happiness she has brought to my day just by being kind. She showed both empathy and understanding to my situation and was able to give me some really helpful advice. After being treated horribly by another agent, I was left feeling a bit vulnerable and worried about weather this journey was going to be difficult, but Claire has put me at ease 100%. The world (and more specifically, this industry) need more people like you. Thank you so much.

Where to begin! Marc and Claire have been out of this world in helping us sell our house, we couldn't imagine a more helpful team, they've been with us every step of the way, always at the other end of the phone and nothing seemed too much! Very good excellent garage

We would highly recommend using Marc Fegan when selling a property in Northern Ireland. He is completely in tune with the local market and offers realistic, positive and uncomplicated advice. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was there for us throughout the entire process from advertising the property to viewings right through to completion which facilitated a smooth handover. We contacted Marc before lockdown in March 2020 in regards to selling our house&while we had bad timing&had to wait a few months to sell, Marc reassured us the whole time so when the markets reopened he had all in place ready to go! He was always organised letting us know about viewers in advance and always prompt with feedback&realistic if he thought they were interested or not! Marc definitely made the whole process hassle free. He was always at the end of the phone or to message at anytime. We would definitely recommend Marc to all our friends&family😁
