Ordered a shirt from them late June. Email confirmation of that order is the only time I've heard from them since. Numerous emails and/or messages via their contact form have gone unanswered, as has a recent message left on their 202 answering machine.
I did manage to get through to someone on the phone in mid-July. He asked for details and said he'd look into it. If he did, I haven't been told about it.
The "Order Status" page on their website was last updated on... the date of the order. It says only "Awaiting Fulfilment".
There are some people who just have no business running a business. Marchal's Designs would appear to be among them.
After requesting a refund in vain, I'm now in the process of a formal complaint to recover my money via my credit card company.
Reviews on the Better Business Bureau website (where Marchal's is NOT accredited) are all 1-star and mirror my own experience.
Don't make my mistake, or theirs.
Stay away.
