Great looking watches which look and feal solid.
I don't normally like leather straps which is seen a lot on their current range, but these actually complement these watches.
Price is great too, for what you get.
There's no automatic on offer at the moment. Maybe in the future with different designs?

Like some other reviewers the strap length seriously needs reviewing but I just ordered the black metal strap and took a link out and hey presto!
other than that I love the watches and got another for my brother.
will be ordering carbon soon.

Beautiful looking watch with a vintage racing feel.
I was a bit worried that a 43mm watch would be too big for my small wrist but being a squarish shape means it looks smaller than it actually is.
A running second hand would've been nice but it's no real biggie.
One thing that probably won't concern anyone else but me is the length of the leather strap. Having measured it, it is definitely longer than most others I have. Not a problem for most people, but my wrist is so small I'll have to change it. Easy enough job to do and I've got one on order already.

At last, a decent driver's chronograph watch featuring an original 1970s pillow shaped case. I have been looking at the Marchand collection amongst other British micro-brands for a while and hands down, this model is head and shoulders over it's competitors. I chose the blue dial with rare ivory coloured sub-dials and outer corona. It reminds me of and old Breitling Top time and looks sensational. The case finish featuring polished and brushed stainless is immaculate and the new (to me) Meca-quartz movement gives the owner the feeling of an automatic with the accuracy of a quartz, great pairing. The watch came with a good quality leather strap and I will invest in a couple more . I really can't fault this watch in any way. If you want the best priced retro chrono out there, then this really is a no brainer.

Like another review I saw, the strap loop snapped after 3 days. The chronograph is not like other chronographs I’ve owned but Marchand’s response was they queried that and that’s what it’s like. Oh well, I like the watch. Nice case, dials and overall look of it. 2 year warranty and excellent customer service as I was responded to very quickly, even on a Sunday and offered my money back. Not taken up as I like the watch, and the strap loop and odd chronograph are quite minor in the grand scheme of things...

beautiful watch and well made but not what i was looking for

I have just ordered my 3rd Marchand Watch. They are a great brand with high quality and superb customer Service. Dan the owner is very responsive and takes great pride and making his customers happy. They are very well made watches, have a lot of very nice features and for the price the quality can not be beat. You will not be disappointed .

A very nice watch however the strap length needs to be longer

Watch is a really cool design and quality is excellent. I bought the automatic carbon black watch. Communication with Dan was second to none and his help and advice were greatly appreciated. I have a collection of around 20 watches ranging from a couple of hundred pounds to a couple of thousand pounds all mechanical, this watch compares favourably with all of them, at the price it is a bit of a bargain
